Skysight Solutions is based in Roodepoort, Gauteng, with a particular focus on the plot belt — the ring of towns and rural land surrounding Johannesburg and Pretoria, spanning four provinces, where large-erf smallholdings, working farms and game land trade actively.
For 1–8 hectare lifestyle and smallholding properties, the most active markets in the plot belt currently sit in Hartbeespoort, Meyerton, Brits and Bronkhorstspruit, with Walkerville close behind. This is where buyers and sellers most often need clear answers before a transaction — what the boundary actually encloses, where access runs, how the land drains, and what infrastructure is really on site.
Move past the 8 hectare mark and the picture changes. Brits carries some of the region’s largest properties, including working irrigation farms and game farms upward of 400 hectares, while Cullinan and Bronkhorstspruitboth carry substantial commercial and agricultural holdings. Magaliesburg, though smaller by listing volume, is home to some of the plot belt’s most significant land — guest-lodge estates and private game reserves running into the thousands of hectares.
